Return Policy:
Whether you ordered too much, chose the wrong size, or ordered the wrong item, you may return items that are in original/resalable condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We are sorry, we cannot accept returns more than 30 days after the order was received. All returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee, and Urbanfurni will not be responsible for return shipping costs. If you placed your order through our online store, it is important to ensure the order is accurate before completing the payment online.
Refunds
We will process your refund within seven working days of receiving your returned products. Please note that we can only refund money via the payment method you used to place your order.
We only accept returns on defective products, not on non-defective products.
If you are not satisfied with our products, we accept exchanges for any product (provided it is not damaged and does not affect secondary sales).
You can use postal mail to send the item to our designated warehouse address and we will send you a return label via email.
Returning Your Items:
Please do not send items back without first contacting us. You must first email support@urbanfurni.com and provide your order number and a list of the items you wish to return.
Please note, we do not accept returns of the following items:
- Products received more than 30 days ago.
- Products not in original/resalable condition (such as damaged, used, or missing parts).
Return Fee
For any returned items, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the processing and handling of returned goods.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged, used, or missing original parts. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Return Process
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund minus the 15% restocking fee. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
