Shipping Terms

All orders come with free shipping, regardless of order amount, with no additional shipping fees required.

Shipping Arrangement
In most cases, your order will be shipped within 3 business days after payment. If there are special circumstances or potential delays with certain items, we will notify you on the relevant webpage or via email. All shipping times are estimated and may experience slight delays or be shipped in multiple packages due to logistical and stock factors. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss are transferred to you.

Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery to the United States and Canada only. If your delivery address is outside these regions, we are unable to fulfill the order at this time. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address to avoid returns or delivery issues. Once an order is in the shipping process, we cannot change the delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the details and may charge an additional fee for re-shipment. Please also provide a valid contact number to ensure timely communication if needed.

Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can also check the shipping status by logging into your account under “Order History.” Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Customs Fees
All customs duties are covered by us, so you will not incur any additional fees for customs clearance.

We ship standard orders via FedEx, UPS, and similar couriers, while bulk orders are shipped using freight carriers such as ABF and ESTES.Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days. Our warehouses are located in Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta.

Upon delivery, please inspect all packages and materials for damage or shortages. If you find any damage or missing items, please contact us immediately. If the unfortunate circumstance arises where you have received damaged product, please take photos and send them to support@urbanfurni.com. Return Policy

Return Fee
For any returned items, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the processing and handling of returned goods.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged, used, or missing original parts. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Return Process
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund minus the 15% restocking fee. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
